The program management integrates ETH, the local government and community leaders. Together they form the Community Council and the Theme Commissions, which identify the needs of each community and elaborate actions related to culture, education, productive activities and health, safety and environmental protection.
Social Energy strengthens the communities through the commitment and incentive to the participation of the people and the organizations to carry out priority projects for local development.

Community Council
The Community Council is ETH?s participation and integration space with the community and the local government. It is in this dialogue environment that priorities and project responsibilities are implemented. The Community Council will track the execution of its objectives and the generated results. Its activities will depend on the Theme Committees support.

Theme Committees
The Theme Committees are task groups responsible for the project evaluation, selection and proposition to the Community Council. There are four themes: Education, Culture, Productive and Health Activities, Safety and Environmental Protection.
