Brenco plans to grow sugarcane through the implementation of an innovative agro-industrial business model on lands we will both own, lease, and contract sugarcane from 3rd party suppliers. Brenco will also construct state-of-the-art ethanol processing and distilling facilities, produce and distribute ethanol to local and global markets, and develop a customer base well-distributed among key international regions of demand.
Key elements of our strategy to achieve this objective include:
- Focus only on the production of ethanol, rather than the production of both sugar and
ethanol, using state-of-the-art processing technologies;
- Position ourselves as a reliable, long-term supplier of ethanol both to the local and international markets;
- Introduce the highest standards of social, environmental, fiscal and overall operating responsibility;
- Introduce and maintain strong corporate governance principles and transparency in our approach to our shareholders.
